//sucellus.com Responsibilities Sucellus wine & spirits is looking for highly motivated & self-driven Field Manager to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the alcohol beverage industry and build both National and emerging brands. Manage our portfolio of brands to achieve territory sales goals within the On and Off Premise sectors of the adult beverage industry. Make regular account sales calls Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. Engage in cold calling to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team progress, and market conditions for upper management. Requirements Wine & Spirits Industry experience is required Florida Beverage Sales license required (must have prior to start date) 40 hour work week Strict adherence to responsible behavior around adult beverages Proven experience in outside sales or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in sales management, negotiation, and customer service. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred but not required.
