Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth within a protected sales territory. This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging and closing new and existing owners of our automated ice vending technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned salesperson to help others achieve their entrepreneurial goals, providing support through every stage of the sales process, from lead generation to post-sale onboarding. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, thrives on building relationships, and excels in consultative sales discussions, particularly around investment, capital, and ROI.

Main responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Engage and develop relationships with current business owners and entrepreneurs looking to expand their market share. Manage and nurture thousands of warm leads annually, leveraging our extensive database of potential customers. Execute a consultative sales approach, effectively communicating the value of business ownership in the ice vending industry. Lead Management & CRM Respond promptly and proactively to all inbound inquiries, ensuring every prospect is qualified and tracked in our CRM system. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities. Market & Industry Expertise Guide potential buyers through permitting, contracting, and real estate analysis related to vending locations. Provide expertise on business opportunity, or manufacturing sales, helping customers make informed investment decisions. Solution Presentation Effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our ice vending technology, including profitability, ease of operation, proprietary features, and minimal maintenance requirements Proposal and quote management Prepare tailored proposals, provide accurate quotes, and navigate prospective owners through financing and tax benefits Guide new owners through the entire sales cycle, including site selection, machine customization, delivery, installation and post-sale support Sales Performance & Reporting Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Track sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred. Proven success in big-ticket equipment or services sales with a consultative approach. Strong ability to analyze investment opportunities, discuss capital requirements, and explain ROI. Problem-solving experience, particularly in permitting, real estate, and contracting. Highly responsive and proactive in managing sales inquiries and following up. Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce), lead tracking, and sales reporting.
