Sales Manager – Roofing & Storm Restoration First Class General Contracting Land O’ Lakes, FL 34637 We’re looking for a Sales Manager to launch and grow our Florida division. If you’ve got experience in roofing sales, leadership potential, and the drive to build a team from the ground up, we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of sales reps Knocking doors, generating leads, and closing deals Training reps on roofing systems and insurance claim processes Traveling as needed to work storm-hit areas in Florida Creating and managing sales systems with support from ownership

What You Need:

Roofing sales experience (insurance claim experience preferred) Leadership ability (can be current rep ready to step up) Organized, accountable, and aggressive mindset Comfortable knocking doors and climbing roofs Willingness to travel in-state after major storms hit
