Transition leader-Vertical Florida 11-15 Years USA Job Family Delivery & Practice No. of Positions 1 Job Description (Posting). To oversee the overall transition of all EN & NN projects of a vertical into HCL framework to ensure smooth delivery of projects (1.) To ensure that all deliverables are achieved to enable the launch of the projects post which the projects will be handed over to the Delivery Leads and PMOs (2.) To manage teams in supporting the delivery teams post launch of projects (3.) To oversee the project phase progress in accordance to HCL / Client transition methodology and tollgates (4.) To review all EN/NN projects’ progress within the vertical with client stakeholders and accordingly ensure implementation of corrective actions as and when required through effective management of multiple teams.
