Director of Sales and Marketing Holiday Inn Daytona Beach at LPGA | Swati Hotels LLC 137 Automall Circle, Daytona Beach, FL 32124 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence through innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, account management, and customer service, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Tracking sales performance, managing leads, and analyzing data for informed decision-making. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Lead outside sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase revenue streams. Foster a culture of excellence in customer service throughout the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, technology sales, or technical sales roles.
