As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations across up to five store locations in the Macon Region.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales performance, operational standards, and team leadership within their assigned stores. This role requires close collaboration with Shift Leads, direct oversight of key business functions, and a strong presence in-store. The Sales Manager must work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including mandatory availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They are also responsible for coordinating delivery days and placing store orders to ensure smooth inventory flow across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:

Drive sales across all assigned locations by setting clear goals, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to exceed targets.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure all stores maintain high standards in customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory control.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and develop Shift Leads, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Labor Management:

Approve all employee schedules in advance for all stores under your responsibility; ensure adherence to company-set shift allotments and manage overtime to stay within budget.

Inventory Oversight:

Coordinate with the warehouse to manage delivery days and assist in placing store orders to ensure consistent product availability and proper product levels.

Compliance & Policy Enforcement:

Ensure all stores operate in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Xhale City policies.

Scheduling & Availability:

Maintain a consistent 40-hour workweek with required in-store presence on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Additional availability may be needed during holidays, peak periods, or company events.

Customer Experience:

Uphold a customer-first culture by ensuring a knowledgeable, friendly, and consistent experience across all stores.

Systems & Reporting:

Use company platforms to generate, review, and submit timely and accurate reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Travel:

Regular travel between store locations is required.

Qualifications:

3+ years of multi-location retail or sales management experience Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance across multiple sites Must be 21+ years of age Strong understanding of sales metrics, inventory control, and labor management Proficient in Microsoft Office and company reporting systems Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays consistently Experience in the CBD and wellness retail industry is a strong plus
