Business Development Manager Location:

Savannah, GA Hadyson Water Restoration, a locally owned and operated mitigation company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage restoration, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of two years of proven outside sales experience. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, relationship-focused, and capable of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Savannah area. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective customer relationship management. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications 2 Years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong skills in strategic planning and project management. Proficiency in customer relationship management software, particularly Salesforce. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Clean driving record Position Includes Competitive base salary plus commission. Position will be provided commission for managing existing accounts after 90 days. Company vehicle and phone provided.
