In this role you will be responsible for selling all room sales, excluding transient rooms, with a focus on business travel, corporate rates, group room blocks, and catering sales. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our revenue management team and assist in managing Sales & Revenue Plans to maximize profitability. Responsibilities Lead sales efforts for group room blocks, corporate travel, and catering services. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and maximize occupancy. Lead and facilitate revenue meetings, working closely with the Hotel Manager and Group & Events Manager to oversee revenue management strategies and optimize pricing. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications Proven experience in event planning and management Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight Skilled in negotiation and marketing strategies Familiarity with catering and banquet operations Background in hospitality, including hotel and restaurant experience Ability to upsell and enhance guest services
