As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and drive sales in both traditional and new construction markets. Job Summary The Landscape Supply Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining current customer relationships and generating new business through proactive sales—including door-to-door outreach and job site visits. This role also includes assisting with the operation of small equipment when needed to support customer service and yard operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage front-line customer interactions for landscape supply sales Assist walk-in and commercial clients with product selection, pricing, and order fulfillment Organizing and displaying merchandise for optimal attractiveness to create and drive sales Develop and maintain strong relationships with landscape contractors, builders, developers, property managers, and HOAs. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly in the new construction and development sectors Conduct door-to-door visits to local job sites, construction areas, and businesses to promote products and services, generate leads, and build brand awareness Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable landscape material Stay up to date with inventory, pricing, seasonal availability, and new products Attend job sites and client meetings to provide product support and build trust Track sales performance, report weekly activity, and assist with forecasting and goal setting Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Operate small equipment (such as skid steers and loaders) as needed to load materials or assist with yard operations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and walk the yard as needed Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and community networking events Train and support sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years in landscape supply, construction, or related field Previous experience selling to contractors, builders, and/or property developers is highly desirable Experience with door-to-door or cold-call sales methods is a plus Strong product knowledge in landscape materials (mulch, soil, stone, irrigation, etc.) Comfortable with door to door and face to face outreach to generate new business Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills Self-driven with strong time management and organizational skills Valid driver’s license with a clean record Physically able to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Landscape Supply & Account Sales Manager.
