Member Growth Associate:

We are looking for a motivated Member Success Associate to help our members reach their health & wellness goals while maintaining the membership growth of the studio! Duties of the Member Success Associate include outbound contacting of prospects, leads & future members, participating in community events and other marketing events, scheduling members in our customer relationship management system, and delivering first-in-class customer service with high-energy & personable attitude. The ideal candidate should have integrity & values, great attitude, eagerness to learn & grow, a deep passion for health/wellness/fitness and an even deeper passion for serving others! If you have previous experience in retail services, sales, or customer service, we’d love to meet you! Ultimately, a successful Member Success Associate will maintain the operations, sales & marketing initiatives of the studio with their best attitudes & growth mindedness!

Hours & Schedule:

We are hiring part time (15-25 hours per week) and full time (30+ hours per week)! Our hours of operation are Monday –

Friday:

9:00am to 7:00pm and

Saturdays:

8:00am to 1:00pm! We cater to your schedule as well!

Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Initiatives Successfully Drive Marketing Initiatives Successfully Daily Outbound Outreach to Leads, Prospects, Members Schedule & Reschedule Members & Prospects Follow Our Member Conversion Processes to Turn New People Into Long Term Members Carry a Great Attitude, High Energy and Positivism Daily Attend Professional Training & Development Online Courses, In Person Workshops & Team Outings Administrative Duties Such as Clocking In at Beginning of Work Shifts and Clocking Out at End of Work Shifts Recording Member’s Notes in Our Customer Relationship Management System Called Club Ready Attending Any Marketing, Community or Member-based Event Whether in Studio or in Savannah Keeping Studio Clean and Free of Debris & Other Clutter Team Building, Being a Great Team Player, Bringing Positive Attitudes, Helping Other Team Members, Staying Constructive with

Others Requirements:

1-2 Years Minimum Background in a Retail Business Serving Customers and Handling People or 2-3 years in Sales (With a Successful Track Record) Proficiency in CRM’s and other scheduling systems like Club Ready Passion & Drive for Growth, Personal Success and Team Success A Car or Reliable & Flexible Transportation Willingness to Keep Studio Clean Drive to Go Above & Beyond To Have an
