Lead a high-performing team in a lively environment, leading 3-4 Sales Representatives to engage with customers and sell vacation packages. Sales representatives enjoy the benefit of uncapped commission, meaning that the more they sell, the higher their earnings—and yours as well! On average, the team can finalize a sale in under 10 minutes, resulting in satisfied vacationers! Drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for ambitious goals and analyze sales performance for improvements. Provide ongoing training and nurture a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
