This position contributes to building profitable sales for Corporate owned restaurants through the execution of market specific partnership activations including creative development, social and partnership engagement, and owned channel marketing. Manager of local partnership activation will be a business partner and interface with a cross-functional team including internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, Business Insights, and Revenue Management. Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) Partnership Development / Management Identify local partnership opportunities within the corporate portfolio (e.g., sports teams, colleges & universities), build and maintain relationships to maximize investment and support growth strategy
Cross-Functional Partnership/Leadership:
Attend scheduled meetings that require field marketing input, execution, and direction. Consult other departments on best way to execute tasks relating to local marketing responsibilities. Provide input to period system communication. Collaborate and coordinate directly with operations leadership (OVP; RSD; SDO) Assess effectiveness of corporate initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Operations, Business Insights and Revenue Management. Identify customers, transaction growth, reach and margin impact. Media and Program execution Responsible for corporate market partnerships direct messaging (email / SMS). Plan, purchase and execute print media. Order the appropriate creative, coupons, direct mail inserts, direct mail cards, box toppers and doorhangers for all assigned markets. Approve all print material to ensure brand consistency, accuracy of offers and price points. Assist in execution and measurement of partnerships, sponsorships and special events within designated areas. Manage overall budget, including evaluation of buying service effectiveness and optional vendors. Budget Management Manage specified marketing budgets to ensure accuracy in overall Corporate advertising budget. Provide recommendations and solutions. Approve, code, and process invoices against planned expenses. Marketing Communications, Reporting and Analysis Write and distribute a separate monthly communication for each market that informs cross-functional partners of upcoming programs and provides operations with execution instructions. Write and distribute marketing communication calendars and offer cadence. Ensure all activations are complementary to overall local eDeal strategy. Register System Coupon Offers Manage partnership coupon library database for registers of all stores in every market. Input and download promotional offers and coupons for promotions and local partnership activity. Education, Experience & Certifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, agency partnerships, related roles Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
