Our Manager will work directly with our VP of Sales and the Sales Reps to ensure the following: Recruiting top Talent Ensuring sales teams reach planned sales goals/quotas Setting individual sales targets with the sales team Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education

You will also spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. Average annual earnings is between $125K – $250K and top performers make upwards of $300K.
