Job Description
We are looking for someone who is analytical and communicates effectively with people on their team and outside of it as well. You must also have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals. You must be able to plan strategically. This is an entry level position with growth opportunity. Base – $40,000 – $50,000 depending on experience + commission Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Social Media Qualifications
- Strong business sense and personal home care expertise
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience with Personal Care preferred
