We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales teams based in our Kennesaw Georgia Office. The position will support, and spearhead, our continued growth in the Metro Atlanta region. This position will report to the General Managerwill be charged with positioning LOUD Security as the Security, Fire, and Life Safety provider of choice. The Sales Manager is tasked with hiring, leading and training our local Sales Representatives in both residential and commercial divisions. They will meet with their team on a regular basis to present and review key performance indicators and develop plans to promote continuous improvement and accountability. This position will also communicate regularly with our operations team to ensure both departments understand and meet our customers expectations, by communicating effectively and delivering results on-time and with professionalism. This is a great opportunity for candidates from any technology-based services industry, such as AV, Security, Fire, Elevator, HVAC, Building Automation, and Telecommunications. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to establish and execute sales goals Hire, develop and mentor sales representatives and account managers through individual and team coaching. Motivate and effectively lead a team of sales personnel, including outside sales, inside sales and sales administration. Provide regular updates of sales calls, successful sales orders, new opportunities and provided status of outstanding proposals. Develop and implement sales and market growth strategies. Conduct short weekly meetings with each sales representative to discuss progress on existing proposals and sales execution strategy Manage programs to track and improve the frequency of system design specification by sales and design consultants Identify and track key construction projects and sales opportunities with your team, developing strategies to secure the specification and installation of LOUD Security products and services on these projects Assist with monitoring pricing levels and develop effective pricing strategies Support basic sales rep training needs Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Must be organized and detail oriented Education/Relevant Experience/ Skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Management, or equivalent proven work experience
- 2-5 years working experience in a Business Development, Technical Support or Sales Role is preferred .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Experience in selling or marketing technology or mechanical products and services.
- The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, and be able to demonstrate a track record of execution
