• Job Overview:

• As a Sales Manager at Easy Earnings LLC, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and provide excellent customer service while guiding new Reps on their own path to success at Easy Earnings. This is a full-time position with potential for advancement within the company.

• Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our products and services
• Clearly and accurately communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to customers
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market
• Training new recruits with co-aligning teachings and methods of selling with Easy Earnings Sales Principles

• Requirements:

• Sales experience is not required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a sales role
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Team building and communication skills are a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Salary Range:

• $40000
