Territory Sales Manager – Food Recycling Services Eazy Grease Newnan, GA Seeking Experienced Food Service Industry Sales Rep. Eazy Grease is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to develop relationships with prospective food-service industry accounts throughout Newnan, Georgia and it’s surrounding area. This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, and a background in the food service industry. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with food service establishments. Our services extend from Atlanta to the surrounding Georgia area , with flexible territory assignments available based on preference and business needs.

Responsibilities:
Develop New Accounts:

Establish and grow new relationships with food service establishments throughout Georgia, including restaurants, food trucks, and food production facilities.

Client Visits:

Conduct face-to-face visits with potential clients to present and explain our services and equipment, focusing on waste cooking oil recycling.

Cold Calling:

Proactively reach out to restaurants and speak with management about the benefits of our recycling service, converting leads into loyal customers.

Pipeline Management:

Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, tracking progress toward sales targets and ensuring a steady flow of new business.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Client Follow-Up:

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build strong, ongoing relationships.

Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years in B2C sales (Business-to-Customer Sales Representative) and 2+ years in D2D sales (Door-to-Door Sales Representative). Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Transportation:

Must have your own means of transportation (Vehicle) to travel to various client locations.

Self-Motivated:

Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.

Networking:

Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships within the food and hospitality industry.

Nice-to-Haves:
Sales Tactics:

Knowledge of effective sales tactics, appointment setting, and handling objections to close deals successfully.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), CRM software, and Salesforce.

Track Record:
