Business Developer (B2B) ASW 510 Plaza Drive, Atlanta, GA 30349 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with experience in territory management and a passion for analyzing market trends to enhance our product offerings. All Staffing Warehousing offers a Lumper Service and Staffing Service. We have been in business over 17 years and our business continues to grow. We operate out of 3 offices with our corporate office located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Our Operation has expanded into Georgia and we are looking for an experienced Business Developer to build our office in the Forest Park, GA area. We have worked with numerous facilities including Walmart, BJ’s, Crane Worldwide Logistics, and plenty of smaller businesses throughout the area. We specialize in Warehouse workers and Production workers from Temp, to Temp to Perm, and Direct Hire employees as well as providing Container Unloading/Loading services.

  • Valid Driver’s License is a Must
  • Duties :
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry with a focus on warehouses and/or manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience :
  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales growth
  • Previous experience in outside sales, inside sales and account management preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills At our company, we offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.
