Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve defined revenue goals. Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within the industry. Negotiate contracts and manage all aspects of Atlanta development. Collaborate with the in-house design team to create designs, quotes, and presentation strategies. Promote and sell our portfolio of products: cabinetry, plumbing, decorative hardware, lighting fixtures, and appliances.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, particularly with top builders. Proven industry contacts selling other building products to builders, design-build firms, and contractors. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM software. Experience in general construction and building products.

Passion for sales and continuous learning. Demonstrated tenacity. Competitive drive and a proactive attitude. Ability to engage effectively with builders, engineers, general contractors, and homeowners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
