Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our JLL Marketplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the JLL Marketplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and support the launch of various segment expansion opportunities for JLL Marketplace; including but not limited to expanding engagement with JLL’s Mobile Technical Solutions organization, international expansion and launching into JLL’s Corrigo Enterprise customer segment. Develop and execute strategies to increase adoption of JLL Marketplace among existing JLL clients and new prospects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships with suppliers and service providers. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance the JLL Marketplace offering and value proposition. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners. Meet or exceed assigned revenue growth targets and key performance indicators. Provide regular reports on pipeline, activities, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or real estate technology. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business relationships. Strong understanding of digital platforms, procurement processes, and the commercial real estate industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
