Unifi is looking for an ambitious and energetic Director ofBusiness Development to help us expand our clientele. You will bethe face of the organization and will need the dedication to createand apply an effective sales strategy to those customers in yourportfolio. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boostingsales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain andcustomer satisfaction within target markets and segments. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsbased on Unifi’s service capabilities. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients virtuallyand in person. Promote the company’s products/services addressing orpredicting clients’ objectives. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support tocustomers and internal stakeholders. Build long-term relationships with new and existingcustomers. Create targeted quarterly revenue targets based on customeropportunity pipeline. Requirements 7-10 years of experience in airportoperations/aviation. Results-driven and eager to learn. Ability to travel 50% of the year for customer meetings,networking events, etc. Prefer candidates with aviation experience, but it is not arequirement. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce). Proficiency in English. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent time management and planning skills. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is a minimum requirement.
