Responsible for achieving district sales plan including givingclear direction to ensure plan is met, controlling expenses, andmeeting company shrinkage goals. Responsible for visiting eachstore personally to assess store manager’s performance and givedirection to maximize results. Complete special projects (storeremodels, openings, closing, etc).
