We are seeking a Go-To-Market Performance Manager (Hybrid) to join our growing team in Atlanta, Georgia!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Position Summary Momentive Software seeks an experienced, self-directed, motivated person to help build and implement our world-class enablement program. This individual will have an influence on developing, monitoring, and assessing our programs for the Business Development team at all levels. This role will report to the Vice-President of Go-To-Market Performance and will be working directly with the Director of Business Development to partner with cross-functional teams within the organization to execute on the empowerment of sales development teams. A Day in the Life Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts to develop the content needed to execute programs Develop continuing education programs for all roles within Business Development Organization that supports SDRs through their entire lifecycle in the role Collaborate with the greater GTMP team to assist with learning programs supporting events such as GTM Kickoff, QBRs, and other customer-facing programs Coordinate and liaise with HR Recruiting, Revenue Operations, and Sales and Marketing Management to ensure smooth SDR onboarding Cultivate an evaluation program to measure the effectiveness of the implemented programs Construct e-learning courses that are instructionally sound for on-demand consumption Review and update job aids to assist new and existing team members to be more productive Assist with manager development within the organization Promote effective coaching techniques aligned with the organization’s adopted strategy Write and present empowerment recommendations for consumption by sales and marketing leadership We are looking for someone who brings Education and Experience 2+ years of selling experience required (as
