High School Diploma- GED/Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred Xactimate, DASH, MICA experiencepreferred IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged – Fire, Water,Mold Commercial/Residential construction experience Background inreconstruction/mitigation Highly-motivated and proactive Ability todemonstrate creative problem-solving skills Willing to travel
