Enablement Business Partner 11 month contract – potential to extend/convert Hyrbid Schedule As a critical Enablement Business Partner aligned directly with our talented sellers, you will be at the forefront of driving sales productivity and revenue growth. Reporting into the GTM Excellence team, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner , instrumental in executing our sales enablement strategy in lockstep with key business priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to own the end-to-end lifecycle of impactful enablement programs , from initial design and development to seamless delivery. You will leverage your expertise to craft and implement initiatives focused on: Deepening product mastery: Equipping sellers with the knowledge to articulate the value of Slack’s innovative solutions.

Drive Strategic Enablement Execution:
Ensure the effective deployment of the enablement strategy and programs for your aligned sales organization.
Data-Driven Insights:
Analyze and interpret key sales metrics to pinpoint performance gaps and identify critical enablement opportunities that will move the needle. Become a
Trusted Advisor:
Leverage your deep understanding of the sales industry and GTM strategies to build strong credibility and trust with Sales Leaders and cross-functional partners.
Champion Enablement Innovation:
Stay ahead of the curve on the latest enablement trends, tools, programs, and technologies, bringing fresh perspectives to our initiatives.
Collaborate and Align:
Actively engage with stakeholders across Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, and Marketing to co-create and deliver a cohesive annual and quarterly enablement plan.
Architect Exceptional Learning Experiences:
Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that provide sellers with the precise knowledge and skills they need to excel in customer interactions.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven Program Design & Delivery Expertise:
A demonstrated ability to design impactful enablement programs and deliver learning solutions that achieve measurable outcomes, coupled with a knack for collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Prowess:
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs at scale.
Exceptional Communication & Influence:
Outstanding executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to drive alignment and adoption across the organization.
Sales & Enablement Mastery:
5+ years of combined experience in both Sales and Sales Enablement functions, with a comprehensive understanding of various sales roles and activities.
Execution Excellence:
A proven track record of taking initiative, driving projects to completion, and fostering widespread adoption of programs.
Slack Proficiency:
Hands-on experience working within Slack and leveraging the platform to deliver communications and programs effectively at scale.
Bonus Points For:
Understanding of Go-To-Market motions within the Cloud industry. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (experience will be evaluated based on core competencies).
