Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales goals
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
