Freedom Pros is home to the largest and most successful solar sales team in the country. With a proven track record of excellence, our team consistently leads the industry in efficiency, production, and results. This is a manager training program that takes 3 to 6 months to complete. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team learn the program and open up other locations across the state and country. Whether you are experienced in the solar industry or new to sales, we provide all the tools and training you need to thrive! This is 100% commission-based pay that leads to a salaried permanent position. Everyone must start at the same level. At Freedom Pros, our industry-leading commission structure enables our top sales reps to make multiple six figures per year!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Self-generating leads through door-to-door canvassing. Conduct consultations and educate customers on the cost savings and environmental benefits of solar energy. Customize solar energy solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.

Qualifications:

Not afraid to knock on doors. Talent for building rapport and developing long-lasting client relationships. Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to gain financial independence and professional growth. Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently in outside sales environments. Previous sales experience in areas such as pest control, home alarm systems, or fitness memberships is highly desirable , but not required.
