Salary:

The Territory Sales Manager willwork closely with our dealerships and collision centers to provideinnovative solutions, superior customer service, and increase ourmarket share.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategicsales plans to achieve corporate goals within the designatedterritory. 2. Establish, maintain, and expand customerrelationships with the dealerships and collision centers. 3.Identify potential new customers and create a plan to cultivatethose relationships. 4. Conduct regular customer visits to monitorthe quality of our products and services. 5. Develop and maintainin-depth knowledge of our product line, market trends, andcompetitors. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to developstrategies for lead generation and sales promotions. 7. Provideongoing support and training to customers regarding our productsand services. 8. Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts toupper management. 9. Participate in trade shows, industry events,and training seminars as required. 10. Resolve customer complaintsand issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, andoutside sales. 2. Proven track record in dealership management andprospecting. 3. Extensive knowledge of automotive coatings andrelated products. 4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 5.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. 6.Ability to work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRMsoftware. 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 9.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ispreferred. 10. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travelwithin the designated territory. 11. Self-starter with aresults-driven approach and a commitment to meet sales goals.
