Job Description:
The B2C Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, overseeing, coaching, training and managing a team of In-Home Sales Advisors (B2C) which will include sales training, product training and assisting in closing sales as needed The B2C Sales Manager will have regional sales targets to achieve and must be seen as a trusted advisor within the HVAC market; this position requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The B2C Sales Manager will support their team through assisting on lead generation campaigns, in-home selling with home-owners as well as attending tradeshows and events to promote the brand.
Requirements:
3-5 years of selling within the B2C market; Previous HVAC sales is highly preferred. 2+ years of experience leading and managing outside b2c focused sales teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working with key customers. MUST be able to pass a background and driving record check
Location:
This is an hybrid position where candidates must be based in the Greater Fayetteville, GA area with the ability to travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers. Job #5341
