The Opportunity:
We’re hiring Sales Representatives who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and build something bigger. This is more than just a sales role — it’s the first step on a clear path to branch management . You’ll start in the field, mastering the sales process and building relationships with customers. With great performance and leadership skills, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your own team — and your own branch.
What You’ll Do:
Knock doors and generate new leads in residential neighborhoods Work qualified leads provided by the company each week Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on their options Assist with insurance claims and walk clients through the process Close deals and follow up to ensure satisfaction Hit personal sales goals and show leadership in your territory
What You Bring:
A strong desire to grow professionally and lead others Excellent communication and people skills Resilience, drive, and a positive mindset Willingness to learn and work in the field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Roofing or sales experience is a plus — but not required
