What You’ll Do:
As a Client Solutions Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing and managing a book of business by connecting companies with top-tier tech talent. This is a new business development role focused on establishing client relationships from the ground up . You’ll be responsible for: Generating new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person networking Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers in the tech space Collaborating with internal recruiters to deliver exceptional staffing solutions Managing client expectations and driving revenue through consultative sales ????
