Corporate & Event Catering Sales Manager (commission only) Fruit Addict Atlanta, GA 30337 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to develop catering menus, manage client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery at events. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase catering revenue through direct sales efforts. Conduct cold calling and territory management to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative catering menus that align with client expectations. Oversee the logistics of catering events, including staffing, equipment rentals, and transportation. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance. Provide training and support to team members on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. Requirements Proven experience in catering management or a related field with a focus on sales management. Strong skills in direct sales, inside sales, and retail sales; experience in technology sales is a plus. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events. Proficiency in using technology tools such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships.
