Director, Sales positions offered by at Stryten Energy LLC (Alpharetta, Georgia). Develop and managethe Agents Network, Branches and National Account sales effort for the Motive and Network Powerbusiness in International Markets. Oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers (RMs), each leading ateam of internal sales personnel and external, independent rep agencies. Manage the industrial businessactivities and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs in the assignedterritories. Develop and provide business and sales presentations for new and existing customers.
Coordinate and ensure alignment with relevant product budgets/forecasts, department budgets, andbusiness plans as required. Develop and implement strategic plans consistent with Strytens corporategoals and objectives, including plans to promote Strytens brands to lift truck dealers and end users inassigned territories. Represent Strytens brands to industrial customers, truck dealers and end users inthe Mexican and Latin America territories. Position based in Alpharetta, GA; telecommuting permittedfrom anywhere in the US. Domestic and international travel up to 60% of working time.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Commerce, Business, or a related field and 7years of experience in Material Handling and Reserve Power Solutions industry. All stated experiencemust include each of the following: penetrating and maintaining large accounts; marketing of industrialequipment to the Latin American market; global commodities; coordination of business plans relating tocorporate growth for the Brazilian or Mexican market; and implementation of product solutions andstrategies. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position based in Alpharetta, GA; telecommutingpermitted from anywhere in the US. Domestic and international travel up to 60% of working time.
We are offering a salary of $145,000 to $188,000 per year.
