In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage SalesRepresentatives within a specific geographical area. This is anopportunity to generate volume and market share growth through thedevelopment and management of a designated region. This roleinvolves leading, directing, and managing the activities of SalesRepresentatives within a specific geographical area.

You will:

Lead, manage, and develop the skill sets and overallperformance of the sales representatives in the district. Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach new and existing salesrepresentatives to ensure a high-performing team. Drive awareness, understanding, utilization and sales of alaunch product through leading, managing and developing the skillsets of the sales representatives in the district.

EssentialRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degreepreferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, orrelated medical sales; 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcareindustry. At least 3 years of successful district/regional fieldmanagement experience.

Desired Requirements:

Launch experience preferred. Preferred experience in women’s health, or anti-infectivesmarketplace.
