RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as subject matter expert throughout migrations, building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed migration strategies with timelines, resources, and risk planning. Translate strategy into action and oversee delivery.
Detailed Analysis & Problem Solving:
Analyze systems, data, and technology to identify issues and design solutions ensuring integrity and smooth transitions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Align efforts across departments to meet business goals and migration success.
Risk Management:
Identify, mitigate, and address risks proactively to maintain progress.
Decisive Leadership:
Make informed decisions amid ambiguity to keep migrations on track.
Stakeholder Management:
Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with tact and influence.
Performance Monitoring:
Track milestones, report progress, and recommend improvements.
Documentation & Training:

Details:
