We are currently seeking a Marketplace Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Atlanta, GA . This role reports directly to a Vice President and is based out of our Alpharetta office.

What You Will Do:

Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic B2B outside sales team to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets Implement strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and market presence Foster long-term customer relationships by delivering tailored, innovative solutions Deliver clear and actionable performance forecasts and sales reports to executive leadership Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities Actively engage with the local business community and uncover new business opportunities Model successful prospecting techniques, including cold calling and lead follow-up Develop team capabilities through ongoing training, support, and field coaching Stay current on all Novatech offerings to ensure your team delivers expert guidance to our clients

What You Bring:

At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership , with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teams At least 5 years of experience in B2B outside sales Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to selling Proven ability to work “in the field” alongside your team, developing sales professionals with varying tenure and experience levels A passion for technology and a willingness to become an expert in our industry Experience managing sales activities using CRM systems and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team results Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
