Compensation & Travel Salary :

$80,000

• $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Travel :

Required (domestic business trips; some early morning/late night calls with Japan may apply)

Flexible, based on location and experience We are seeking experienced and proactive Sales Managers to lead business development and account operations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients in the U.S. manufacturing and automotive sectors. This is a leadership role offering a chance to directly shape sales strategy and strengthen relationships with major clients and global stakeholders. Location Georgia or Texas, USA (Remote work negotiable; frequent travel required) What You’ll Do Lead account management and commercial negotiations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers in the U.S. Drive new business development while expanding and deepening relationships with existing clients Develop and execute sales strategies , set and track KPIs, and report results to senior leadership Coordinate closely with the Japanese headquarters and production sites , ensuring alignment on technical, delivery, and quality requirements Mentor junior sales team members and collaborate across departments What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing industry , preferably in automotive parts Proven team or project management experience (managing 5+ people or equivalent scope) Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to operate across cultures and time zones Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with metal, plastic, or assembly parts Experience dealing with Japanese clients and an understanding of Japanese business practices Previous sales experience with foreign OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers

Working Hours & Holidays Working Hours :

Full-time (core hours may vary; early morning or evening work required occasionally for Japan coordination)

Overtime :

As needed, depending on business demands

Holidays :

Follows the U.S. federal holiday calendar , plus year-end/New Year break
