We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager with 8-10 years of proven success in the US Staffing and Recruitment industry . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing market. The candidate must have deep understanding of VMS/MSP models and a strong network with direct clients or Tier 1 vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients for US staffing services. Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms (LinkedIn, etc.). Develop strategic plans to penetrate the US market (IT & Non-IT staffing).
Client Relationship Management:
Manage and grow key client relationships. Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates. Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and business reviews.
Revenue Generation:
Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements. Share market intelligence and insights to enhance team performance.
Market Research & Strategy:
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in client requirements. Suggest improvements in the service delivery and sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. Master’s is a plus. 8-10 years of experience in US staffing sales/business development . Strong knowledge of VMS/MSP, direct client engagement , and recruitment lifecycle . Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in US time zones
