The Sales Operations Manager manages functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, goal setting and management, sales process design and optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent. The position is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. The Sales Operations Manager is able to manage sales systems/processes as well as an integral part of the Sales management. The individual is experienced in managing in a Direct-to-Consumer sales environment as well as loan origination experience and organizing systems/CRM/Reporting/etc.

Principal Accountabilities:

Managing the establishment and subsequent growth of our Direct-to-Consumer Channel. Collaborating across service/product lines to maximize our sales effectiveness and opportunities. Designing and implementing the sales process and supporting systems on a rapid timeline. Building out and supporting the Sales Manager of high-performing sales teams. Developing and fine-tuning a sophisticated sales process designed to keep us on the radar of our prospects — ahead of the competition. Developing a suitable process to measure, manage, forecast, and drive all areas of the sales cycle, providing transparency for all of this in real time to the executive team.

Minimum:

5+ years prior experience in Direct to Consumer sales leadership with a track record of delivering against aggressive annual growth targets. Experience building a great sales organization, including pipeline management, lead generation, contact network development, and delivering results against revenue targets. Outstanding leadership skills including communications, ability to collaborate with and influence others, sense of urgency, nimbleness, creative thinking and personal integrity. Unrelenting customer focus and track record delivering on commitments to clients and defining and communicating value proposition. Highly organized, analytic and action-oriented approach including developing and executing sales forecasts, business strategies, budgets, revenue targets, and business plans. Personally, the successful candidate will exude confidence with humility, inspire teamwork and collaboration, have a strong commitment to values and culture, and be seen as a good coach, mentor, and advocate. Exceptional solution and problem-solving skills. Extensive experience crafting client solutions from scratch based on a fundamental understanding of their needs. Strong understanding of Direct to Consumer marketing.
