- Senior National Capture Manager
- to join our Atlanta, GA team! Come join us!
- Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- + Collaborate with Business Development (BD) to identify and validate prospective opportunities nationwide.
+ Prepare capture strategy plans for multiple strategic accounts with portfolios of major pursuits. + Learn the market and provide input on methods to achieve a greater market share. + Work alongside BD and account managers to develop and manage strategies that position Atlas favorably for major pursuits. This includes conducting competitive analyses, identifying potential teaming partners, and developing compelling value propositions. + Partner with the marketing team to create strategic campaigns that align with key opportunities. + Facilitate the transition from capture to proposal management. This includes Go/No-Go decision-making, storyboarding, developing win themes, and identifying key personnel. + Achieve a 65% capture rate for your strategic pursuits. + Ensure 100% accuracy of CRM data for the strategic pursuits you lead. + Lead or collaborate on national growth initiatives as needed.
- Minimum requirements:
- + At least 10 years of experience in capture management, business development, and/or marketing within the civil engineering field. + Willingness and ability to work from the Atlas Atlanta and Duluth office locations as needed (hybrid work).
- Technical requirements:
- + Convert market intelligence and competitive analysis into a plan and action.
+ Skilled at summarizing complex data. + Plan, organize, and lead teams to implement the winning strategy: + Guide account managers in call planning for key information + Drive accountability and results from a position of influence rather than reporting authority + Lead proposal teams to translate winning strategies to client-specific requests in RFx documents. + Ensure compliance with Atlas process requirements.
