If so, we would love to talk to you! The Toro Company is looking for a self-starter to lead their brand presence and initiatives in the Atlanta market. With this opportunity, you’ll be selling one of the leading brands in outdoor power equipment. The Toro Company has been in business since 1914 and prides themselves on providing world-class equipment to help people beautify whatever landscape they may be in.
Duties:
Perform sales & service to consumers utilizing your knowledge of Toro products Implement Toro marketing and promotional activities in territory Develop & grow relationships with store associate and management teams Regularly monitor, analyze and report on sales results to identify growth opportunities Perform in-store product training sessions Become a subject matter expert by staying updated on Products and Market Ensure Toro’s brand presence remains best in class Understand the competitive landscape and identify future opportunities for Toro Plan & execute store demo events and walks Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail or field sales required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and communication skills Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence decision making Customer service skills Time management skills Must be a team player with a positive attitude Experience with Salesforce a plus Valid U.S. driver’s license Able to work in a retail environment full-time Weekend work may be required in-season Overnight travel required (Avg. 2-3 nights per week) Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time Capable of lifting, moving and assembling equipment (up to 50 lbs.) Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restrictions
