Business Development Manager Ambassador Personnel, Inc. Suwanee, GA 30024 We are looking to expand our branch in Suwanee, Ga! We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our branch! This is a salaried position that offers a competitive salary plus commission! This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm shift!
Job Summary:
Responsible for increasing the company’s share of the local marketplace to achieve and exceed the company’s expectations of goals and budgets. The primary responsibilities of the Business Development Manager revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade others to utilize our service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly sales reports.
- Meet and exceed the minimum requirements of the company for appointment activity and revenue growth.
- Attend networking and community events held during and after hours .
- Maintain compliance with all company polices, including forms, as well as state and federal laws.
- Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Manage complete sales cycle from initial contact to worksite evaluation through the first invoice.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs in meetings via in-person, phone, or video conference.
- Create and present presentation of best services, rates, and terms to meet client’s specific needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in business or other related discipline preferred.
- At least two years of verifiable related experience required.
- Proven excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times, stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to process information quickly and efficiently and apply practical solutions to problems.
- Ability to be flexible in schedule when required to meet deadlines.
