This role drives growth through strategic partnerships and both direct and indirect sales of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Data Center market and POL solution for the enterprise sector (large companies, financial institutions, Hospitals, Universities and etc.).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and resellers.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with Lightera goals.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Prepare commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, and manage the sales cycle from lead to closing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with technical, marketing, partners and channel teams to support customer needs and close deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
3-10+ years in business development or sales, preferably within data center or enterprise IT infrastructure.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Data Center Infrastructure Expertise:
knowledge of optical and metallic cabling solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with Data Center and Enterprise products. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Excellent communication and presentation ability. Working at
