The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, and account management, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients while managing the sales pipeline through Salesforce. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability. Provide training and support to team members on best practices in technology sales.
