Currently our sales staff is expanding to accommodate the growing demand for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. With that in mind, we are looking for Full-time, New and Used internet car sales representatives who are friendly, motivated, business-driven individuals to join our sales team. The role of an Automotive Internet Sales Associate is to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers and closing sales from online leads. Automotive Internet Sales Associates are also responsible for providing customers with the up most buying experience and expected to maintain an ongoing relationship with the client during and after the sale.

Responsibilities:

Responding to internet leads promptly and efficiently Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using a needs analysis process Must be proficient with computers Work with a team of internet sales specialist in achieving team and individual goals

Qualifications:

Previous automotive internet sales experience is a PLUS Must have a clean & valid driver’s license Professional appearance and demeanor Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections Strong interpersonal and communications skills Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Persistent, competitive and good work ethic Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Feel free to apply online, or even stop in at the store
