As a Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a vital role in leading and developing our sales team, setting strategic goals, and ensuring continued revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do:

You’ll be at the forefront of overseeing revenue-generating activities, cultivating new relationships, expanding existing relationships and closing deals within the restoration and reconstruction domain. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Development :

Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a positive and results-oriented culture while ensuring quotas and performance goals are met.

Strategic Sales Planning :

Collaborate with executive leadership to create sales strategies, budgets, and quotas.

Strategic Sales Planning :

Sales Performance Analysis :

Use data and reports to analyze sales performance, identify new market opportunities, and project future sales.

Customer Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Staff Training & Development :

Provide training and mentorship to staff on sales strategies, standard operating procedures, and marketing tools to enhance revenue growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of generating revenue for commercial clients.

Qualifications:

Marketing/Business degree, related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience, conducting sales and business development activities across commercial markets Ability to travel up to 75%, both domestically and internationally as business needs require. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client base

Generate new leads, research potential clients and their requirements Schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers Proficiency in cold calling, lead creation, and effective follow-up strategies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables Strong work ethic, resilience, grit, and a drive for success Eager to learn and grow

Knowledge and Skills:

Proven sales and management experience Strong presentation and negotiation skills Experience reading and understanding RFI’s, RFPs, and RFQ’s Proven track record of established relationships with key decision-makers Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced working environment
