Position Overview We’re looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager who ishighly organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment. This role will be responsible for quoting jobs,reviewing building plans, networking, and assisting with projectmanagement components. You’ll work closely with clients andinternal teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate pricing,and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Quoting:
- Gather costs and create accurate quotes for projects.
- Review and interpret building plans to ensure correctpricing.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes to nurture leads and closesales.
Client & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors,business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients and internalteams.
- Update CRM of all communication text and verbal.
Project Coordination & Management:
- Oversee small project management tasks to ensure smoothexecution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materialrequirements.
- Address any concerns or challenges that arise during thequoting and installation process.
Qualifications:

Experience:
2-5 years in commercial doors, estimating,construction sales, or project management.

Detail-Oriented:
Strong organizational skills with the abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously.
