Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals Drive both new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume and profitability Manage the daily sales floor operations, including CRM follow-up and lead handling Implement and monitor sales processes to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments for seamless customer transitions Assist with inventory control, lot merchandising, and vehicle pricing strategies Maintain high standards for customer service and employee accountability Report on performance metrics to dealership leadership
Qualifications:
Automotive Sales Manager experience (preferred) or a top-performing Sales Consultant ready to move up Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and VinSolutions highly preferred CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience a plus but not required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Proficiency in CRM usage, customer follow-up, and lead management best practices Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
