We specialize in large, custom, portable pump packages, and our products are renowned for their performance, serviceability and built-in quality. We proudly serve thousands of customers from our global headquarters in Vancouver, Washington and the 55,000 sq ft plant located in Spring, Texas and are experiencing a time of rapid growth. We are currently recruiting for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. If you’re a motivated individual with a technical aptitude and a passion for building client relationships, this opportunity is for you. 2 positions- one for the Northeast region and one for Southeast region You will report to the Vice President of Sales. Responsibilities Lead and own all aspects of revenue generation in your region by creating and executing a plan aligned with the goals and strategy of the organization. Be the customer’s representative within Premier Pump & Power and act as their voice within the organization. Bring creative ideas to the table to better service customers and be more competitive in the market. Work closely with the Inside Sales team to provide top-tier service to customers and prospects through timely communication and follow-up. Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions. Work with the sales and marketing team to assist with the development collateral and content specific to addressing customer needs. Guide customers throughout the sales journey, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term business relationships. Update and accurately maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track progress, organize time and improve selling efficiency. Collaborate closely with sales leadership and organization to present a team front when presenting to and onboarding customers. Travel up to 50% of the time or more as needed to attend trade shows conferences, and to develop sales contacts and follow-up on sales leads. Qualifications 5+ years of proven regional sales management experience. Preferably in the industrial equipment or pump manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proven track record of closing new business sales contracts Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate customer requirements into pump specifications Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a results-driven mindset Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in marketing and copywriting is preferred Compensation & Benefits A competitive compensation package with a base salary and uncapped commissions.
