Role Description As a Territory Manager, you will drive business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through unmatched industry service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our equipment rental branch, including managing 1-2 branch technicians. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to attain new clients and grow the revenue. Monitor market trends and competition to identify business opportunities. Serve as an expert and advocate for our brand Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Manage all aspects of the branch, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service. Requirements At least three years of proven outside sales experience. Experience in equipment rental management preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of industrial equipment industry trends and best practices.
